These lists describe Tianah's own service acceptance policy for this route. They are not a complete statement of the law, and an item that is not listed is not automatically accepted. Ask the team to confirm your items, and check the official rules for your goods.
Canada
Items Tianah does not accept: Canada sea cargo
- Alcoholic drinks
- Dairy products or items containing dairy as an ingredient
- Perishable items
- Breakable/fragile items like glass
- Yam
- Bleaching cream
- Ponmo, dried fish, dried snails
- Beef/chicken produce (minus noodles)
- Any contraband noted by Canadian Customs
Items Tianah does not accept: Canada air cargo
- Bleaching cream/soaps
- Leaves
- Kilishi
- Gold jewelry
- Sniper (insecticide spray)
- Ponmo
- Locust beans (iru)
- Meat products
- Any dairy product
- Prescription drugs
- Fresh fruit
- Herbs
- Chicken Knorr (seasoning cubes)
- Fake designer goods
- Indomie Chicken flavor

- Honey and products with honey as an ingredient
- Milo / Bournvita
- Dried leaves

- Fresh fruits
- Milk and milk-related drinks
- Fake designer goods
- Calabash chalk
- Beans
- Non-alcoholic herbal drinks
- All products with ingredients derived from dairy, honey, egg, and coconut

United States
How to check before you pack: United States
- 1Describe every item accurately, including ingredients, packaging and whether it is a gift or for sale.
- 2For food, check the FDA import requirements and whether prior notice applies before you pack.
- 3For plants, seeds and other agricultural products, check USDA APHIS requirements for that commodity and its origin.
- 4Ask Tianah whether the item is accepted on the transport option you plan to use.
- 5Keep your inventory and any official confirmation with your shipment records.
